We collect personal information when the users purchase watches on our website


The informations which we keep are:


the user's name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, payment details.


The data supplied by the user will be used to fulfill the sending of the purchased item.


The data collected by AuraWatch will be kept for two years from the time of purchase (warranty period) in order to be able to trace the user's data in case of problems. Data will be deleted after two years.


When a user accesses the news-letter service, we will use the collected data to send AuraWatch offers and news. The user is free at any time to decline to this service.


When the user requests support, we will use the data of our competence to be able to follow the resolution procedure. Then we will keep the data collected for 6 months.


Customer behavior within the site allows us to improve the shopping experience and update our platform.
